Cancellation Policy

Healthy Living Massage is a small business that relies on mutual respect of the therapist and client. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you, and we will often turn other clients away to ensure this.

Therefore, we ask that you diarise your appointments, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you give us as much notice as possible so that we have time to fill that spot.

 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours of notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice (or after you have received your reminder will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost).

Please be aware that when a late cancellation or no show occurs, we often don’t have time to fill your slot. This means other clients in need of treatment miss out and we lose income.

As we spend 1-1.5hrs with each client, doing physical and mental problem-solving work, the number of appointments that we can offer is limited to ensure you are receiving our very best work. This means that just one, two or three late cancellations in a week can impact our income significantly.
